Purifier Nation takes pride in only offering the highest quality air purifiers and air quality testers from selected
manufacturers. All of these companies have strong commercial backgrounds and make products
designed for long-term use. This expertise allows for us to provide strong manufacturer warranties
on all products on our site.
We understand that occasionally
a customer may purchase something that isn't the best fit for them. We've
found that most of the time this can be avoided by properly researching
the item in question. We encourage you to contact
our trained staff at (888) 498-4503 to assist you in your purchase if you have any
questions at all before you submit your order.
Certain premium manufacturers such build all orders custom-made for you. Therefore they
do not allow for returns at all. Other manufacturers have blanket no-return policies or charge restocking fees of up to 25%, so
please be sure to research the item thoroughly and contact us with any questions before ordering. Purifier Nation is not responsible for ensuring
compliance with any local building codes or statutes, so please make sure that you research this for your community before ordering.
Receiving Delivery
- Please
inspect the box for any signs of damage before opening it. If you believe that there
might be any damage to the product inside, please take a photo of the
unopened box. This
will help us in determining that the shipper was a fault in damaging
the delivery. We need to be notified of any damage within 5 days of delivery to ensure that it will be fixed at no cost to you. Usually
the product inside is packed securely and a damaged box is not a
problem.
- Please
hold on to the original box and packaging until you have a chance to
test out the product. In
the slim chance that you'll need to return it, these can be used in
that process.
- If you refuse delivery of your order
that is not damaged, you may be assessed up to a 25% restocking fee plus return and initial shipping charges. If you refuse delivery of a non-refundable item, you may forfeit your entire purchase price. Please contact us immediately if your
delivery is damaged and mark the receipt document that the shipper gives you with the word "Damaged" on it to signify into the shipper's system
that the delivery has been damaged.
- In the rare event that your
delivery is damaged, all of our suppliers will work to quickly send replacement parts or even a completely new delivery if the need arises.
This is entirely up to the discretion of the manufacturer, but your satisfaction as a customer is the top priority of both Purifier Nation and the
manufacturers we represent.
Return
Procedure
- Contact
us at support@purifiernation.com or call us at (888) 498-4503
and we will issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions as to
where to send the product. Products must be returned in their original condition and we must be contacted within 14 days of receiving delivery.
- Shipping
Box and Packaging Material
- All
returned items must be in the
original packaging and include all original manuals, registration
cards, and
accessories.
- You
may use the original box your
product came or another cardboard box suitable for shipping.
- Please
include a copy of your receipt
with the return.
- Please
write the RMA number on a
copy of your original invoice, as well as on the shipping label.
- As
we incurred an expense to provide
free shipping, this cost as well as the cost of return shipping cannot
be refunded. It is strongly recommended to insure
packages through a reputable courier that can provide proof of delivery
tracking information. Purifier
Nation is not liable for any deliveries lost in transit. We
may charge up to a 25% restocking fee for returns, depending on the manufacturer.
- Returns
must be shipped out within 2
weeks of receiving a RMA number. Please
ensure that the package is postmarked by this date.
- Once
the returned product is
received, it may take up to 30 days to process your return, though we
will make
every attempt to expedite the process. You will be sent a confirmation email when this process is
done and your
credit card has been credited.
Exchanges
Occasionally,
an item may not arrive in good working condition and we are always
happy to
provide an exchange in these instances. However, if you would prefer
not to
accept an exchange in this situation, the transaction will be handled
as a
standard return and will be subject to the same terms.
If
you would like to exchange one product for another, you are responsible
for
return shipping but the new product will still be sent through free
ground
shipping. All price matching must be brought to our attention before the order is placed, as we base our pricing
on the information that is most current at the time of purchase.
Warranty
Information
All
of our manufacturers produce
high-quality products that have substantial warranties. They take great care to ensure that products
are made and packaged securely for delivery. However if a product is defective or malfunctions or is missing parts, we will
have it
replaced or repaired at no charge to you for up to 5 days from the
time you
received the product. If we are
not contacted within 5 days of receiving the damaged item, the item in question will be serviced
through your product's warranty. Please contact us if you are not able to find
the contact information for the manufacturer of your product.
Cancellations
If
you have placed an order and
would like to cancel for any reason, please contact us immediately. We
will do
all we can to cancel the order, but if this is not possible, you are
liable for
all shipping and handling charges, including promotional outbound
shipping, and
return shipping. If
a customer cancels
an order after it has already shipped, refuses the package from FedEx,
UPS, USPS, or a freight carrier or if the item is returned to us after three delivery attempts, a
restocking fee of 25% and two-way shipping will be deducted from the
customer's refund. If delivery of a non-refundable item is refused, you may forfeit your entire purchase price.
