• We offer free ground shipping on all orders, no matter what the price.
• Most orders placed before 2:00pm CST will be processed and shipped the same day.
• As soon as your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation receipt with a tracking number if provided so that you can see the status of your delivery.
• We use UPS, FedEx Ground home delivery, or USPS depending on the manufacturer. Delivery times also vary depending on the manufacturer and your location, but most orders take between 2 and 7 business days. 

For your and our security, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that the billing and shipping addresses you give match those listed on your credit card statements. Any discrepancies may delay your order. Purifier Nation only sells products to the lower 48 states of the U.S. for now. If there is any unexpected delay in shipping, you will be notified via email immediately.

As an added measure of security for our customers, some orders may be sent to our Customer Verification System. If this occurs, you will be notified via email to call us at 1-888-498-4503 to verify your order within 72 hours. Without this verification we may have to cancel your order and issue you a full refund.
