Purifier Nation is a leading online retailer of only the best HEPA air purifiers and a top resource for information on indoor air quality. Our belief is that virtually every household and office in our country has certain airborne pollutants that affect people's quality of health. The vast majority of people in fact are completely unaware of these pollutants as well as the long-term health consequences of constantly breathing unclean air.
Our founder moved back to his hometown of Austin, TX to find that many people who had come to Austin for its vibrancy and plentiful outdoor activities also had the unfortunate side effect of developing allergies. Rather than take some prescription drug to alleviate these symptoms, we found that indoor air purification is a much better option for people.
And once we did some extensive research, we found that there are a whole host of problems with indoor air that affects not just allergy sufferers, but everyone. - You can try the product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase and return it for a refund if you are not satisfied. Please see our Returns Policy for details.
- If a product is defective or malfunctions, we will have it replaced or repaired at no charge for up to 10 days from the date of delivery. Items found to be defective beyond 10 days after delivery will be serviced through the manufacturer's warranty.
Best Price Guarantee
After your purchase, if you find a better price for the same item at another authorized dealer including any applicable freight or tax, we will do our best to refund you the price difference within the first 10 days. This includes any price changes displayed on our website. Simply contact our customer service department for assistance. The Best Price Guarantee is only applicable to identical conditions of sale. | 5. What is your shipping policy? |
Purifier Nation is committed to getting your orders shipped as quickly and accurately as possible. We know how anxious people get waiting for new things bought online so we make every effort to speed things up. Getting a brand new top-quality HEPA air purifier is certainly something to look forward to!
- We offer free ground shipping on all orders, no matter what the price.
- Most orders placed before 2:00pm CST will be processed and shipped the same day.
- As soon as your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation receipt with a tracking number if provided so that you can see the status of your delivery.
- We use UPS, FedEx Ground home delivery, or USPS depending on the manufacturer. Delivery times also vary depending on the manufacturer and your location, but most orders take between 2 and 7 business days.
For your and our security, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that the billing and shipping addresses you give match those listed on your credit card statements. Any discrepancies may delay your order. Purifier Nation only sells products to the lower 48 states of the U.S. for now. If there is any unexpected delay in shipping, you will be notified via email immediately.
As an added measure of security for our customers, some orders may be sent to our Customer Verification System. If this occurs, you will be notified via email to call us at 1-888-498-4503 to verify your order within 72 hours. Without this verification we may have to cancel your order and issue you a full refund. | 6. What is your return policy? |
Purifier Nation takes pride in only offering the highest quality HEPA air purifiers from selected manufacturers. All of these manufacturers have strong commercial backgrounds and make products designed for settings such as hospitals and clean rooms. This expertise has been used to design high-quality purifiers for home use, and so they are able to provide strong manufacturer warranties for their products.
All products are unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We believe that our products absolutely improve the quality of life for our customers and we encourage you to try any of our purifiers out in your own home.
We understand that occasionally a customer may purchase something that isn't the best fit for them. We've found that most of the time this can be avoided by properly researching the item in question. Certain purifiers for instance have different features, and some are better suited for certain tasks than others. We encourage you to contact our trained staff to assist you in your purchase if you have any questions at all before you submit your order. An air purifier is a hugely beneficial product that most people don't yet own, and we can help you choose the one that is right for your needs.
You can try the product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If for some reason however you are not satisfied with the product or wish to exchange it for a different model, we have a simple and fair procedure to handle returns.
Receiving Delivery
- Please inspect the box for any signs of damage before opening it. If you believe that there might be any damage to the product inside, please take a photo of the unopened box. This will help us in determining that the shipper was a fault in damaging the delivery. Usually the product inside is packed securely and a damaged box is not a problem.
- Please hold on to the original box and packaging until you have a chance to test out the product. In the slim chance that you'll need to return it, these can be used in that process.
Return Procedure
- Contact us at support@purifiernation.com or call us at 1-888-498-4503 and we will issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions as to where to send the product. Products must be returned in their original condition.
- Shipping Box and Packaging Material
- All returned items must be in the original packaging and include all original manuals, registration cards, and accessories.
- You may use the original box your product came or another cardboard box suitable for shipping.
- Please include a copy of your receipt with the return.
- Please write the RMA number on a copy of your original invoice, as well as on the shipping label.
- As we incurred an expense to provide free shipping, this cost as well as the cost of return shipping cannot be refunded. It is strongly recommended to insure packages through a reputable courier that can provide proof of delivery tracking information. Purifier Nation is not liable for any deliveries lost in transit. We do not charge any additional restocking fees for these returns.
- Returns must be shipped out within 2 weeks of receiving a RMA number. Please ensure that the package is postmarked by this date.
- Once the returned product is received, it may take up to 30 days to process your return, though we will make every attempt to expedite the process. You will be sent a confirmation email when this process is done and your credit card has been credited.
Exchanges
Occasionally, an item may not arrive in good working condition and we are always happy to provide an exchange in these instances. However, if you would prefer not to accept an exchange in this situation, the transaction will be handled as a standard return and will be subject to the same terms.
If you would like to exchange one product for another, you are responsible for return shipping but the new product will still be sent through free ground shipping.
Warranty Information
All of our manufacturers produce high-quality products that have substantial warranties. They take great care to ensure that products are made and packaged securely for delivery. However if a product is defective or malfunctions, we will have it replaced or repaired at no charge to you for up to 10 days from the time you received the product.
If we are not contacted within 10 days of receiving the damaged item, our standard RMA process will ensue and you will have up to 30 days to return the item. Items found to be defective beyond 10 days will be serviced through your product's warranty. Please contact us if you are not able to find the contact information for the manufacturer of your product.
Cancellations
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will do all we can to cancel the order, but if this is not possible, you are liable for all shipping and handling charges, including promotional outbound shipping, and return shipping. If a customer cancels an order after it has already shipped, refuses the package from FedEx, UPS, or USPS, or if the item is returned to us after three delivery attempts, a restocking fee of 15% and two-way shipping will be deducted from the customer's refund. |
