Unique Features

High Efficiency Filtration
True HEPA filters - Developed by the Atomic Energy Commission to filter radioactive particles as small as 0.3 microns.
20 Watt UV Germicidal lamp positioned in the filter chamber sterilizes microbes as they are trapped on the filters.
Cleanable pre-filter - Vacuum through the grill and change every 12 months. 56 sq. in. of filtration surface.
18 lbs 2" Carbon bed - Absorbs airborne chemicals noxious gases and odors. Used in water filtration and in military masks, it can adsorb 60% of its own weight in airborne chemicals.
Pressure seals - Airpura's unique pressure seal on the filter chamber ensures that all of the dirty air passes through the filters. Other systems allow leakage and do not achieve the 99.97% HEPA filtration rating.
